Hypnotherapy is a powerful, incredibly relaxing and long lasting way to rewrite all of your subconscious limiting beliefs.

My Hypnosis journey:

I hated public speaking so much, that when my brother asked me to be his best man for his wedding 15 years ago, my very first thought was ‘Oh sh*t! That means I’ve got to do a funny speech in front of all the wedding guests. How am I ever going to do it!? Would it be rude to turn him down?’

Turn down supporting my brother on one of his most important days due to a fear I hadn’t tackled.

I knew I finally needed to get this fear sorted.

Using hypnosis (with my good friend and fellow hypnosis practitioner Matt) I was able to overcome my biggest fear (that had followed me into adult life). I went on to do a funny and engaging talk for my brother’s wedding, my own wedding through to headlining talks abroad and inspiring a theatre full of 1400 people!

Talking to small and large groups of people (and getting amazing feedback) was something I never thought I’d be able to do.

I’ve got the power of hypnosis to thank for turning down that fear, increasing my confidence and as a result opening up so many opportunities.

Hypnosis helped turn down that fear and turn up my confidence (and my authentic self) to shine through.

Since witnessing the magic and power of hypnosis for myself (and using Paul McKenna cds since the 90s) I knew I wanted to train in it myself.

I’ve done three qualifications with hypnosis: 1st becoming a practitioner of hypnosis, then becoming a master of hypnosis and also qualifying as a certified hypnotherapist with world leading personal development platform Mindvalley.

Using these clever visualisation techniques and talking directly with people’s subconscious I’ve help people remove massive blocks, fears, limiting beliefs they’ve held since childhood through to speaking on massive stages, winning pitches, winning speaking competitions, passing driving tests, passing exams, getting more sales, gaining promotion, succeeding in getting their dream job, thinking BIG….the potential is unlimited.

Hypnosis is a state of focused attention and heightened suggestibility. It is a natural state that we all enter into at times, such as when we are daydreaming or driving on autopilot.

In hypnosis, we use the power of visualisation and language to create positive suggestions, which can release limiting beliefs /sticking points and turn up the brightness and volume on states such as confidence, motivation and courage.

Hows it all done?

I’ve successfully hypnotised and created positive change within people all around the world online through the beauty of zoom. It’s totally safe and the best part you can do it in the comfort and privacy of your own home - so there’s no need to spend time and money travelling.

We will have a talk through the changes you’d like to happen - such confidence to speak on a big stage or handle the upcoming interview.

We’ll work out what positive states you’d like to step into - such as bravery, courage, sense of calm, being authentic, being engaging.

We’ll discuss any events/limiting beliefs that might have been instilled at an earlier age - which will then be released and rewired to something more positive.

How do you feel after?

After hypnosis you can feel incredibly relaxed, lighter, motivated, happier, full of energy, a sense that you know what to do, refreshed, a greater sense of contentment and confidence.

How do you feel during?

Hypnosis is a very relaxed state. If you’ve done meditation before it’s very similar. It’s not sleep. It’s a state called Theta (brain waves) between daydreaming (Alpha) and sleep (Delta).

You’ll close your eyes while we start hypnosis and you’ll be aware of my voice (and some gentle relaxing music if we use music too). I’ll guide you you become more relaxed. You’ll be aware of my voice for the vast majority of this hypnosis. There’ll be parts you’ll not really acknowledge, which is ok, as with hypnosis we’re mainly speaking to the subconscious part of the brain, so it’s totally ok for the mind to wander.

Most of my hypnotherapy sessions are done via zoom. There are massive benefits to this, not only is it safe, it's in the comfort on your own home, it's totally private and you haven't got to travel anywhere.

Had successful hypnosis sessions all over the world via zoom in places such as Argentina, Canada, America, all of Europe, Indian, Dubai, Thailand and Australia.
